Shipping policy

Once we receive your payment, packages are dispatched within 2 days and shipped via reputable couriers with tracking. Products will be delivered in 3–7 business days, depending upon the delivery pin code.

Shipping fees cover handling, packing, and postage costs. While handling fees are fixed, transport fees vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend grouping your items into a single order, as we cannot combine separate orders, and shipping fees will apply to each one.

Although we take special care to protect fragile items, please note that your package will be dispatched at your own risk. If applicable, these charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

Our courier partners deliver shipments on working days from Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as unexpected delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or strikes.
